for hygiene reasons.
All tags must be attached to the item in order for it to be eligible
for a refund or an exchange.
All items MUST be sent back in its original packaging to avoid
damage to the item. If the item is damaged by negligent shipping
methods/practices we will not be able to issue a full refund on the item.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will refund you the cost of the
product minus the shopping costs.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the item.
If by any chance you receive a faulty item, please
contact us within 24h so that we can get you a replacement
as soon as possible.
Do not attempt to fix the problem yourself.

International customers, please be aware that your country
may charge an International customs fee/handling fee in order
for you to receive your package. Your local post office will contact
you and hold your package until this fee is required. Customs
fees are at the expense of the customer.
If you refuse the package we will refund the cost of the jewellery, not
the shipping as it was already paid for and used to ship your package.
