fantastic and warm 1930s “cuff muff”! these were smaller muffs that just fit a pair of hands, but that you could simply wear on one coat sleeve when not in active use, you didn’t have to have it dangling around your neck.
so many great details on this.
1. thickly padded with goosedown for warmth
2. zipper purse on back, with a rare early 1930s Koh-i-noor ‘globe’ zipper
3. made of soft, sheared rabbit fur.
4. with original attached celluloid tortoiseshell bangle, cotton twill tape
