Made to order. The item is completely sewn by hand.
The three fingered mittens or split mittens are used in medieval times by worker, farmers and falconers. They offer more flexibility in handling things and have better grip than normal mittens. Mittens were worn by both men and women.
Materials used:
-fabric top – 100% wool
-threads – 100% linen
Item care:
1. Turn wool clothes inside-out.
2.Hand washing is recommended. In case the washing machine is used, wash on the delicate cycle (or wool cycle or hand wash cycle, if your washer features these settings). Use cold water and a mild liquid detergent meant for wool. Add an extra rinse to the wash cycle.
3. To avoid shrinking, don’t put wool clothing in the dryer. Instead, lay flat to dry the item.
