The Mitts measure 16″ long and are designed to fit One-Size the Average Woman’s arm in coverage against the cold as most period 18th c clothing is only 3/4 lengthin design. These will enhance any outfit in a soft heathery woven grey with bits of lighter grey fleck in a tight weave with some gentle stretch. They have ribbed middle section design with wide bottom flared cuff and finished edge open finger tips.
Our Mitts are woven on antique machinery for best appearance and durability, and we only carry one color as shown here. You can wear them either indoors in unheatedbuildings andbarns, or outdoors all weather. The wool is not scratchy but it is thick and warm.
