Crafted from locally tanned domestic Bison leather. The leather is the same as used in our other explorer series gloves. With open fingertips, these gloves offer excellent dexterity when its needed. Tie cordage, fishing line, work with tools, all with ease and keeping your hand protected. These gloves really shine when holding a tool for an extended period of time. whether it’s an axe, knife, shovel, or a canoe/kayak paddle.
Don’t let a blister on that first day of paddling, on your one week of vacation a year ruin and annoy you for the whole week. Protect your hands with these beautiful comfortable gloves!
There is a cinch on the wrist to draw the cuff tight if needed, or leave it loose. The cordage used on the cinch is also bison skin with a brass cord lock. when you first get the gloves, the cord lock WILL BE TIGHT! That was done on purpose so that it can break in and still function properly. The palm patch is also bison leather, when wearing the gloves and making a fist it may seem a bit bulky in the palm. But after spending a day paddling, or using tools, you’ll be glad it’s there! Wear them break them in and enjoy them on many adventures!
